I'm back
It's has been a very long time since i been writing my last blog. Anyway i gain weight back it's 84 kg u guys. It's not shocking, a lot of stress and i'm not working so just sit,eat and sleep. Well, starting all over again this time. I'm on my third week of hip hop abs and i'm really happy, that i see results, my abs is no longer as high as my breast my pants fit and best part i feel healthy and fit. Well, sometimes if we lose motivation just watch the biggest loser, see how hard they work, how they give up, how they suffer and gradually work your way. I always think it is impossible so i set my mind not think of the weight but to think of the fun exercise can bring to me. You might ask how to start, well just stick to 1 beginner workout and improve ur way from there. Well, u can easily find exercise clips on youtube if u don't know how to find just search for mizellecherry, in there i have my favorite exercise clips n i do it sometimes. I enjoy sweating and feeling the burn, i love the burn because it is the sign that my body is really working, i might pause and catch my breath but i will finish it no matter what. Being obese is difficult to exercise but start walking, do move housework, eat healthier, cut of sugar n junkfood, it is a slow process because we are trying to lose quality weight which is fat. So do ask me, i'm telling u i am 1 fat lady who loves exercise. See ya in my next post.
