Hip Hop Abs Review

Hip hop abs is a workout that stress on abs. But in my opinion is does work your whole body too. The presenter or i like to call guru Mr Shaun T is a very good instructor, he is fun and know what you feel during his workout. I start of his exercise using the Fat Burning Cardio which is my personal favorite. The workout is easy and for a heavy body like myself it is a good thing that i can stay from the beginning until the end of the workout.

Then i try the Total Body Burn, this is a lot harder than Fat Burning Cardio so i did finish the workout but the best part was i lose my breath with this one. Very challenging but fun as usual. I haven't try other Hip Hop Abs series well maybe i will in a few day time and maybe i will right something about it.

So far, i really like the workout and i sometimes can't wait to exercise hehehe.
I did not know how to plan my workout but i guess having a cardio workout is always good. Then only focus on the parts that we want to tone down of course.

If there is people out there that want to purchase hip hop abs i say go for it. If you want to know hip hop abs is certainly more fun and easy than yoga booty ballet or turbo jam.

Current weight

Hai, it has been a very long time. I have been trying my best exercising and eating a bit less nowadays. I weigh myself and hey i lose 3 kg. I been trying a lot exercise video so far. I am happy, at least my effort is showing. It is not easy to lose weight and you ust have willpower. Anyway i decided to share a few things after this. A review on workout videos that i have. That would be great and very helpful for people out there.

What should you expect from exercising!!!

Hey, you start workout already and you feel:-

1) Soreness all over your body. In my personal experience for beginners it might take as long as a weak to recover. But it is a good sign of your muscle and joints are working. Don't stop to exercise because of this.

2. Tired after exercise. Of course you are burning fat but to overcome this make sure you shower after your swaet have dry and eat according to your body needs.

3. A lot of sweat Body loses water, toxic and cools down so sweating is good. Drink a glass of water before exercise and plenty of water after exercise to keep the body hydrated.

4. Some exercise movement are diffcult. Hey, admit that you have extra baggage, love handles that we hate, heavy legs. There is no easy way, i admit heavy body is less flexible. But by time we can have a flexible one. Try pilates as a start, pilates is a very good flex exercise that is good for abs esspecially.

5. No more exercise for me. This attitude is not a good one. Not all exercise are a good one. So have more exercise video in hand. You can also visit website that offer you help. The key is not to stop but keep moving on. If you hate yoga, then try cardio or taebo. Be experimental.

There is no short way....Keep exercising and be healthy.

What you should know about exercise video!!!

Hi, you have decided to change yourself. You are not the type that ready to step a lot of times in gym and money too. How about considering an exercise video instead. I tell you my personal experience, i start of with purchasing an exercise vcd it was a latin dance workout by Gloria Quilan. The workout was fun and i like it. Next, my brother bought Taebo Advanced by Billy Blanks. His workout is very challenging and it works too. I have to drink plenty of water though.Then, i bought Denise Austin Trimwalk mile. The music is outdated but certainly the exercise was great, not only that i get a good workout but there is option for us, we can either do all exercise which consist of first mile, second mile, targeted exercise for abs, legs, butt and hands. So we can choose to do some or do all. There are other video that i purchased but it is not very interesting. To some up here are advantages and disadvantages of exercise video.

Advantages.
1.You can exercise at the comfort of your on home.
2.Avoid humiliation from others (i mean when exercising outside the house)
3.You don't have to leave home and make excuses not to exercise.
4.You don't need to spend a lot of money to go to the gym.
5.You have your own personal trainer.
6.You can watch how they do it before even trying.
7.You can rewind or repeat the exercise if you wanted too.
8.You can exercise anytime you want and when you are free.
9.You can experience a lot type of exerices such as cardio,pilates, yoga and toning.
10.No matter the weather you still can workout.

Disadavenatges.
1. Some exercises can be too tough so when purchasing you must make sure that it is either basic, intermediate or advanced workout.
2. You might did the exercise move wrongly and no one to correct it but some video have more longer explaining the movement and a reverse and side view.
3.Boring. Some are boring and not very encouraging.

Fit for life

I admit it i am a big girl. I realized that i need to do something for me. I had a lot of attempts to shed the pounds but it always is a halfway effort. As the start of year 2008, i believe that it's a good push for me to start all over. I think that i did improved mentally of course. Physically, well that is a long way to go. Well, we always hear that success is 1% perspiration and 99% inspiration. I believe that we should motivate ourself more and let it make us work along.

Being obese, i personally believe that it is difficult to face. Well, i use to be a lot thinner...just imagine i am only 53kg and at the moment i am 80kg. People used to say how well i look in a kebaya(tight malay/indonesian dress). All the humiliation that i had to face and also the fact that i am depressed because of it. It's not easy but you should be tough at heart people can say million of things. I try to make myself happy being fat and i start to love i have less attention for the opposite sex which make me uncomfortable all the time and i could walk freely.

By the way, why i wanna lose weight....it is simply because i wanna be fit for life. Having a big body make me feel lazy to walk and move around. Last night, i did a lot of research to various website and i felt motivated to start exercising again. I feel my body is lighter and i am not that lazy to go upstairs to my room. I also eat fruits and have smaller servings for my breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I am not afraid to admit it.Because that is who i really am.... Hopefully i reach my goal to be fit for life.
